Polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecules have a comb-like structure. The main chain adsorbs on the surface of cement particles to hinder hydration reaction and improve plastic retention. The side chains around cement particles enable better dispersion of cement particles through the dual effects of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion. This mechanism is completely different from traditional superplasticizers that disperse cement particles solely through electrostatic repulsion, thus achieving better water reduction effect and a qualitative leap in comprehensive performance of concrete. Polycarboxylate comb-like molecules are formed by polymerization of active monomers containing double bonds. Branches of different lengths play different roles in concrete. Different molecular structures can be designed according to different applications.

This product is non-toxic, has good water solubility, and will not deteriorate when hydrolyzed. It is the main raw material for synthesizing polycarboxylate cement superplasticizers. It can react with other substances containing double bonds (such as acrylic acid, maleic anhydride, etc.) to synthesize polycarboxylate high-efficiency superplasticizer products.

This product is non-toxic, non-irritating, has good water solubility, and will not deteriorate when hydrolyzed. It is currently the most widely used raw material for synthesizing polycarboxylate cement superplasticizers. Using high-activity catalysts and special synthesis technology, the product has light color and good quality; the product has high double bond retention rate, and the double bond activity is higher than that of products synthesized by ordinary processes.

This product is non-toxic, non-irritating, has good water solubility, and will not deteriorate when hydrolyzed. TPEG series products have high double bond retention rate, comb-shaped molecular structure with high degree of freedom. Their molecular structure can be designed, and high-performance superplasticizers can be produced through relatively simple synthesis processes. The products have low dosage, high water reduction rate, good fluidity and fluidity retention of concrete mixtures, low slump loss, great potential for strengthening effect and low shrinkage.

FLA40 type polycarboxylate high-performance superplasticizer is the latest polycarboxylate high-performance superplasticizer. Compared with commonly used superplasticizers, it has the characteristics of high water reduction rate, low dosage, good adaptability with cement, and no pollution. It also can improve various performance indicators of fresh concrete and enhance workability. This product is a brown-yellow transparent liquid, non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-flammable, and has no rusting effect on steel bars. It is harmless to human health and is a green and environmentally friendly product for engineering construction.
High water reduction rate: Excellent dispersibility and water reduction rate up to 25% or more at saturated dosage, which provides guarantee for improving concrete workability, increasing concrete strength and saving cement.
High strength growth rate: Higher early strength growth rate, improving shrinkage performance and reducing concrete carbonation rate.
Good adaptability: It has good dispersibility for various Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement and various admixtures.
The recommended dosage range is 0.25%—0.65%. The optimal dosage can be adjusted within the recommended range according to the adaptability with cement, climate changes and concrete slump requirements.
Mix in a concrete mixer. To achieve good water reduction effect, it is recommended that the mixing time is at least 150s.
It can be compounded with retarders and lignosulfonate superplasticizers, but must not be compounded with naphthalene series superplasticizers.
This product is sealed in 1000Kg plastic barrels.
Avoid direct sunlight and store in an environment of 0℃—34℃.
The shelf life is six months. Products beyond the shelf life can be used only after passing the test.
