Easily soluble in water, with excellent penetration performance. Penetrating power is not affected above cloud point.
Used as penetrant in textile industry, applicable in sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization and other processes; can be used as penetration aid in dyeing bath and finishing bath.
Used as penetrant in leather industry, and can also be used as degreasing agent.
Has strong wool washing ability, easily removes various oils and greases, and leaves a soft hand feel.
Penetration: In various processes of textile, printing and dyeing, finishing, etc., where anionic penetrants cannot be used, this auxiliary agent can be selected. The general dosage is 1~5g/L.
Desizing: When using biological enzyme desizing (starch size), combining with JFC can accelerate desizing, with general dosage being about 0.1% of liquid weight.
Chemical fiber scouring: When scouring acetate fiber and other synthetic fiber products, adding 2~5g/L of JFC and 5g/L of sodium chloride to the scouring solution can improve scouring effect.
Wool washing: Penetrant JFC has wool washing ability, will not remain on wool after use, no yellowing and other defects, and the fiber hand feel is relatively soft; can be used in neutral, alkaline or acidic environment, can be combined with soap in hard water, or used alone, the optimal use temperature is 40~50℃.
Wool carbonization: Adding 0.5~1g/L of penetrant JFC in wool carbonization can shorten carbonization time, reduce acid amount and improve carbonization effect.
